Brian has extensive experience with all aspects of Twin Oaks software. In 2010, he led the team that developed a software specific to the Direct Primary Care industry. He incorporated user feedback from industry experts to meet DPC requirements. Brian and his team continue to release enhancements to this software on a monthly basis, trying to optimize the user experience.

Twin Oaks Returns Management is the simplest, least expensive and most effective way to collect EFTs that decline or return. Our focus is patient retention. All contacts with patients are handled in a respectful manner with the goal of collecting balances owed as well as new billing information. Our Returns Management Department allows you to be a Doctor, we handle all of the details related to your office receiving the income expected.
